We collect as little as we can. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no data sold or shared for marketing. Your agents and their data stay in Paris.

The data controller is Médhy Chabour EI (SIRET 889 950 549 00028).

Your email address, if you ask for access. We use it for one thing: to tell you when your spot is ready. The legal basis is your consent. We keep it until you get access or ask us to erase it, and 12 months at most.

Your IP address, for a moment. When you submit the form, it is used to stop bots from flooding the list. It is held in memory for one hour and never written to a database.

Cookies. The public pages set none. The dashboard sets a single session cookie when you sign in, needed to keep you signed in. There is nothing to accept or refuse.

Your agents. Their files, their memory, their checkpoints and their conversation history are stored on our servers in Paris so that they can keep running. We access them only to operate the service or when you ask us for help.

Your model API keys. They are passed to your agent and used only to call the model provider you chose. They are never displayed again, to anyone, and they are deleted with the agent.

Your messages. What you send to an agent goes to the model provider you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot or OpenRouter), under your own account with them and their own terms. Waken does not use your data to train anything.

Scaleway SAS (France) hosts the agents and the API. Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts this website, including the access form, under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Nobody else.

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, to object to its use or to take it with you, at any time and for free. Contact contact@waken.sh. We answer within one month.

If you think we got it wrong, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

If we start collecting anything new, this page says so before it happens, and the date at the top changes.
